Hi, I’m Yeva, the founder of Ruck Circle.

Ruck Circle was created from my own experience as a military family member. I’ve been through the Basic Combat Training (BCT) journey, and I know how challenging it can be to support your Soldier in Training (SIT) from home.

When my family member left for BCT, I wanted to send care packages and make sure they had what they needed. But I quickly learned that knowing what to send was just as difficult as figuring out how to send it.

Many times, SITs don’t know what they will need until they are already struggling. By the time my family told me they needed cough drops, they had already spent a week dealing with a sore throat. By the time I ordered and shipped cough drops, several more days had passed before they arrived. When they finally told me they were having problems with blisters, the blisters had already broken and become painful.

I also found that sending packages was not always simple. I had to research what to buy, purchase everything separately, pack it myself, and arrange shipping. Ordering directly from retailers like Amazon was not always an option because package acceptance can vary depending on the training unit and Drill Sergeants (DS).

That’s why I created Ruck Circle.

My goal is to make it easier for families to support their SITs by preparing the items they may need before they know they need them. Instead of spending hours figuring out what to buy, packing a box, and worrying about shipping, families can choose a care package designed with the BCT experience in mind.

Every item we include comes from a place of understanding. We know the small challenges that happen during training, and we want to help families stay connected and provide support when it matters most.

Thank you for allowing Ruck Circle to be part of your SIT’s journey.
