You are responsible for verifying the SIT’s name, training location, and mailing information before completing your purchase.
Payment must be successfully received before an order is processed.
Ruck Circle uses secure third-party payment processors to handle transactions. We do not store your complete payment card information on our website.
5. Order Processing and Shipping
Orders placed by 3:00 PM ET Monday through Friday are typically shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Customers may choose from available shipping carriers during checkout, including UPS and USPS.
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, military installation procedures, or circumstances outside of Ruck Circle’s control.
6. Delivery to SITs and Military Installations
Ruck Circle specializes in shipping packages to Soldiers in Training (SITs).
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, including:

SIT’s full name
-
Correct training location
-
Any required unit or company information
-
Any additional information required by the training installation
Ruck Circle ships packages to the provided military installation address. Once the package is delivered by the carrier to the designated delivery location, the final distribution of the package to the SIT is handled by the training unit.
The timing of when a SIT receives a package after delivery to the installation depends on the procedures of the training unit, Drill Sergeants (DS), and military mail distribution process.
Ruck Circle cannot guarantee the exact date a SIT will personally receive a package after it has been delivered to the installation.
7. Customer Responsibility for Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct before submitting an order.
Ruck Circle is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed delivery caused by:

Incorrect names or addresses provided by the customer.

Missing unit, company, or training information.
-
Changes to a SIT’s training location.
-
A SIT graduating, transferring, or leaving training before delivery.

Military mail handling procedures.
If you notice an error in your order information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or shipped.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Order Issues
Due to the nature of our products and the purpose of our service, certain restrictions apply.
Customers should contact Ruck Circle if:

A wrong item was shipped.

An item arrived damaged.

There is an issue with the order received.
Requests regarding order issues should be submitted within 14 days of delivery confirmation.
Ruck Circle does not accept responsibility for delays caused by carriers, military mail distribution, or training unit procedures after confirmed delivery to the installation.
9. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if the order has not yet entered the processing or shipping stage.
Because we prepare orders quickly, same-day shipping orders may not be able to be canceled once processing has started.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a cancellation.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Ruck Circle website, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, images, graphics, and branding materials, is owned by or licensed to Ruck Circle.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Ruck Circle is not responsible for:

Delays caused by shipping carriers.

Delays caused by military installation procedures.

Delays caused by training unit mail distribution.

Losses resulting from incorrect customer-provided information.

Our responsibility is limited to providing and shipping your order according to the information provided at checkout.
